A calmer inbox, run from the inbox you already use.

Calm Mail quietly clears the promotions, receipts, and clutter out of your Gmail so the school notes and real messages are easy to find. There’s no new app to learn: you get one friendly email a day, and you change anything by simply replying.

Archives, never deletes

Everything stays in Gmail’s All Mail, searchable.

When in doubt, it keeps it

Unsure emails stay put or get flagged for you.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect your Gmail

A few clicks through Google's own sign-in screen. Nothing to install, no new app, no new password.

  2. 2

Calm Mail tidies throughout the day

As new email arrives, clear-cut clutter like promotions, shipping updates, and old sign-in codes is moved out of your inbox. For everything else, Claude (an AI assistant made by Anthropic) looks at who sent it and the subject line. When it isn't sure, it leaves the email alone.

  3. 3

Read one email, reply to steer

Each day you get one short digest of what was tidied away. Want something handled differently? Reply in plain English, like you'd text a friend, and Calm Mail learns.

One email a day. Reply to change anything.

Here’s what a daily digest looks like, and how you’d teach Calm Mail something new. No settings pages, no dashboards.
